Summary of Session:

• Provide an information session on the annual NHSG Step Count Challenge as a key activity supporting staff health and wellbeing.
  • Update on the recent evaluation of the 2024 Challenge done undertaken by a researcher in conjunction with Paths for All, St Andrew’s and Stirling Universities, and key learning.
  • Increase knowledge and understanding of wider programmes of work around active travel, and the strategic context.
