Summary of Session:

The UK Government has proposed lowering the current driving limit in England and Wales, in line with the limit brought in to place in Scotland 2014. What can be learned from Scotland’s experience and have its aims been met? This session will draw on a natural experiment by Haghpanahan et al from 2019. There will be a discussion on whether policy change is supported by the evidence. Please come arrange with thoughts and options in what is hoped to be a lively discussion.
