Using a Whole Systems Approach to improve Healthy Eating Active Living in Aberdeenshire

Summary of Session:
The Aberdeenshire ‘Healthy Eating Active Living’ (HEAL) project is one of two strands of the Aberdeenshire Community Planning Partnership Health & Wellbeing Local Outcome Improvement Plan (LOIP).
The aim of the HEAL project is to use a Whole Systems Approach (WSA) methodology to reduce unhealthy weight and to promote active living through a wide range of partners and local communities systemically working together and differently to make lasting and sustainable change.
Outcomes:
1. Share learning of applying the WSA methodology to progress the Aberdeenshire HEAL project
2. Disseminate key learnings and difficulties and challenges
